Michelada Drink Recipe, Texas Style!

- 1 Lime
- Kosher Salt For Glass Rim
- Salt or celery salt
- Tabasco Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Cajun Chef Hot Sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- Pacifica Beer – (Some prefer a dark beer)
Mix all ingredients excluding beer. Each ingredient may vary depending on your individual taste (Spicy). Start by adding one splash of soy sauce, one splash of Cajun Chef Hot Sauce, one splash of Tabasco sauce, a couple of shakes of salt and the ground black pepper and two splashes of Worcestershire sauce. Next add ½ of your lime into the mix then take your lime and run it around the top of your actual glass so you may salt the rim (place kosher salt in small sauce and place rim down in salt – slowly rotating glass so that entire rim is covered with salt). If you ever have the opportunity, try placing 2 –3 raw oysters in the bottom of your glass to enhance the flavor.
