K-Dawgs 3x Champion garlic Roast

Mary's favorite cousin Kenny is a Captain at a fire department in one of the St. Louis suburbs.
This recipe has not only been very popular with his crew but it has won K-Dawg numerous awards in local competitions.
Select quality top round beef roast.
With paring knife, poke numerous holes in roast.
Place one clove of fresh garlic in each hole.
Next place small cube of unsalted butter in each hole on top of garlic.
Next, drizzle extra virgin olive oil over roast and rub until entire roast is covered, then roll roast in Hoss'steak seasoning.
Grill or bake until desired temperature. (135 Degrees).
Let rest for 5 minutes, slice and serve.
