hoss' lava burger

These burgers ROCK! Cutting edge Missouri recipe from Mary and cousin Kenny.
Mix equal amounts of feta and cream cheese with fork, then add Hoss' steak seasoning to taste.
Place one patty of quality pure ground beef on cutting board, pat thin. Place generous tablespoon of cheese mixture on top of patty, place equal size beef patty on top and seal edges (like a fruit pie).
Grill to desired temperature. Garnish with additional cheese mixture.
