Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

Easy Grilled Portobello Mushrooms L. Beavers Favorites!


  • 4 Medium Portobello Mushrooms With Stems Removed and Wiped Clean
  • 1 Bottle Girard's Champagne Salad Dressing
  • 1 Gallon Plastic Storage Bag.


Place mushrooms in bag and add 1/2 to 3/4 of the bottle of salad dressing and let sit 1 hour or more. Turn bag every now and then to evenly coat mushrooms. Remove mushrooms from bag and discard contents.

Cook on medium high grill for approximately 6 minutes each side or until evenly browned. Be careful not to burn and use indirect heating to avoid flaming the mushrooms.

Cooks Notes:

Regular button mushrooms, sliced zucchini, sliced yellow squash or grilling onions (or any combination) can be substituted. Cooking time will vary slightly.
