Easy Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

- 4 Medium Portobello Mushrooms With Stems Removed and Wiped Clean
- 1 Bottle Girard's Champagne Salad Dressing
- 1 Gallon Plastic Storage Bag.
Place mushrooms in bag and add 1/2 to 3/4 of the bottle of salad dressing and let sit 1 hour or more. Turn bag every now and then to evenly coat mushrooms. Remove mushrooms from bag and discard contents.
Cook on medium high grill for approximately 6 minutes each side or until evenly browned. Be careful not to burn and use indirect heating to avoid flaming the mushrooms.
Regular button mushrooms, sliced zucchini, sliced yellow squash or grilling onions (or any combination) can be substituted. Cooking time will vary slightly.
