Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Grilled Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 –2 Pound Pork Tenderloin
  • ½ Cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar

Mix ingredients and place in a 1 gallon zip lock bag with the tenderloins. Place bag in frig and allow pork to marinade for at least 1 hour and preferably longer (overnight works best).

Prior to cooking remove meat from frig and allow meat to come down to room temperature (approximately 30 minutes).

Next place the tenderloins on a medium high heat grill and sear each side of the tenderloin for 3 – 5 minutes to create a nice crust (all four sides), but take special care not to burn the tenderloin. As the tenderloin is very lean, be sure to turn frequently being sure to not dry the meat out. You will want to cook the tenderloin at approximately 150 degrees, then remove from grill and allow the meat to rest for 5 – 10 minutes. Then slice to your desired thickness and enjoy!!
