Shiner Blonde Grilled Pork Chops


  • 4 Bone-in Pork Chops, ¾ Inch Thick
  • 1 Cup Shiner Blonde Beer
  • ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons Ginger Root, Grated
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar


This is a very simple, yet delicious recipe. Merely place your chops in a large zip lock bag. Mix in all of the remaining ingredients and seal the bag. Turn bag several times and gently massage your bag so as to mix and evenly distribute all the marinade ingredients, coating the meat thoroughly.

Place in refrigerator for 3 hours or as long as overnight. Remove chops from marinade and discard remainder of the marinade.

Cook over direct, medium fire and grill for 10 minutes. You should only turn the chops once. Enjoy!!
