Pure Texas Grilled Pineapple and Sausage!

Pure Texas Grilled Pineapple and Jalapeno Sausage, "OH YEAH, BABY!!!"


  • 1 Fresh Pineapple, Peeled and Cored
  • Cinnamon
  • Paula’s Texas Orange Liqueur
  • 3-4 Opa’s German Jalapeno Sausages
  • Toothpicks


Once you have peeled and cored your pineapple, slice it into 1/2 to 1/3 slices and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Next baste the fresh pineapple in Paula’s Texas Orange Liqueur and continue to baste while grilling.

Grill the pineapple on a medium hot grill until slightly caramelizing the pineapple on both sides.

While grilling your pineapple also grill your Opa’s Fredericksburg German Jalapeno Sausages. Do Not allow the sausage to dry out!

Once everything is cooked remove from grill. Cut pineapple and sausages into bite sized pieces.

Place sausages on pineapple with a toothpick and serve on platter.
