Grilled New York Strip Recipe
Cook's note: This grilled New York Strip recipe is fairly basic. As simple it is though, the grilled flavor is exquisite!
- Choice cuts of New York Strip
- Gordon's Grub Rub
Directions: Apply Gordon’s Grub Rub on one side of the meat only. Place in frig for 1 hour. Remove, flip meat, and apply Grub Rub on other side. Again place in frig for 1 hour. Prior to cooking your steaks, remove from frig and allow meat to return to room temperature prior to grilling. This recipe should be served with very good Shiraz, which should be a rich, medium body and not overpowering wine.
