Chicken Fajitas Recipe, Texas Style!


Texas Chicken Fajitas Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Skinless/boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 tablespoons of white wine
  • 3/4 stick of sweet cream butter
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • Fresh coarse ground pepper

Directions:

In a small saucepan pour approximately 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 tablespoons of white wine. Cook over a medium fire for about 1-2 minutes to cook off the alcohol. Add 3/4 stick of sweet cream butter. After it melts add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 4 cloves of minced garlic and fresh coarse ground pepper. Cook entire ingredients another minute of so, continually stirring, and then remove from heat. Soak you chicken thoroughly in the sauce. Cook on the grill for approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Brush the remainder of your sauce on the chicken while cooking. You will only want to turn the chicken one time per side. Do not overcook, as no one likes dry chicken
