Texas Spicy Chicken Rub

Chef’s Notes:

This seasoning can be used as a dry rub for chicken, beef or pork. Or it can be used as a seasoning mix to inject in your chicken by adding water or chicken broth after you mixed the ingredients and strained. It is a little on the spicy side!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ Tablespoons Papricka
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Morton’s Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon Oregano

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and apply to poultry or meat. You can store this rub in the refrigerator until you apply to meat.
