Brisket Dry Rub, Texas style
For each pound of brisket use the following...
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoon fresh ground coarse pepper
- 3 tablespoon Fiesta Brand Steak Seasoning
Combine spices and rub two-thirds of the spices on the fat side and one-third on the bottom side of brisket before grilling.
