Grilled steak/chicken dry rub
This is your basic dry rub that work equally well for both beef and chicken.
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Coarsely Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- Dash of Dried Oregano
As I mentioned in other recipes. You want to add a bit of oil, preferably virgin olive oil. This will ensure your meats get completely covered with the rub.
