BBQ Mop, Texas Style

Cook's notes:

Never use sugar or tomato in your mops as they will burn.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp. Louisiana Hot Sauce or Cajun Chef
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2/3 Cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground bay leaf
  • 2 2/3 cup of beef stock
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/3 cup cooking oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika

Direcions:

Combine all ingredients and use to mop meats, chicken or poultry while barbecuing. Makes about 1 quart
